After our years of combined experience within the villa industry, we felt it time to introduce our unique, Balinese and Thai inspired design. This concept will be a first of its kind in Phuket, with its blended design elements carefully created to represent that fresh and tropical feel.

The Living room offers and open- plan concept with the option to have fully fitted kitchens suitable for all to enjoy and especially those who like the idea of entertaining in their home. The interior provides cool colors with earth tones to offer that chique image, while creating the feeling of relaxation and comfort. This theme is present throughout each villa as well as in the large bedrooms, which make each room seem even larger with its minimalist and clean finish. High quality finishes and materials will be used to ensure the highest western standards are met for each owner’s peace of mind. Bathrooms come completed with large showers and create a light and airy feeling.

Nai Thon Beach is an ideal area with is turquoise blue sea, filled with a range of local and upmarket restaurants. Local street vendors also provide delicious and authentic Thai dishes and fresh seafood. This stretch of beach is fantastic for families with its safe swimming conditions and water sports activities, not to mention the amazing snorkeling this beach has to offer.

Each villa comes with its own private pool adjacent to the master bedroom, which also has its own private access from the master bedroom and living room, with each room having views out towards the pool. The swimming pool helps to complete the concept with its complimenting ultramodern and tropical luxurious look. The development will house 7 villas in total, offering 3 bedroom plots and one 2 bedroom plot, with sizes ranging from 218 to 354 square meters. The option to add an extra bedroom is also possible, thus creating a spacious 4 bedroom villa style.

This combined design concept creates a warm, modern and luxurious feel throughout the interior as well as the exterior, visible with the inclusion of large glass sliding doors, allowing for as much natural light to enter the villa, as well as the functionality of having glass doors to open up the rooms.
