Himmapana villas

Himmapana Villas phase three has been designed as a small luxury community located in one of the absolute best locations in Phuket with Kamala beach a short ride away. The community consists of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom private luxury pool villas overlooking the grand Kamala mountains and Kamala beach. The villas have been designed in a modern tropical design with a scandinavian touch using bright colours and open areas. The transitions between the indoor and outdoor areas create a unique connection between the surrounding nature and the villas. Himmapana villas phase three is developed and managed by Prayrachasi co. Ltd. The Villas can be purchased for both investment including guaranteed rental returns and for residential purposes.

Himmapana villas is being developed by kamala-based prayarachasi co., ltd. Our company was established in mid 2016 with the mission “to develop and manage small luxury communities in prime locations in Phuket for investment and residential purposes”. Himmapana villas phase one located in the valley of Kamala was launched in early 2017 and sold out during the construction process. Himmapana villas phase two - this time in the mountains overlooking Kamala beach - was launched in late 2018 and is currently under construction with an expected completion date in late 2019. Our new third phase is also located in the mountains of Kamala and is set for completion in the fall of 2020.
